Is the RightCapital software secure for me to use?

How do I locate my username or password?

Your username is the email address you have provided to JWA.

If you are unsure of which email address we have, please call our office for further instruction.

If you know your username and forgot your password, you can reset your password by following the instructions below:

  1. Click the RightCapital Client Portal button on this page.
  2. Enter your email address and click 'Forgot Password'.
  3. Follow the prompts to reset your password.

How do I change my email address?

The easiest way to update your email address is to verbally notify us by dialing (571) 260-4400. Your current settings will remain intact and a new portal invitation will be resent to the updated email address.

Do you only work with accounts held through Fidelity?

Our preferred custodians are National Financial Services LLC or Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC, but your investment options expand further. Please connect with JWA to discuss specific product or service options. 

How do I reset my password?

  1. Click on the Fidelity Investments button on this page.
  2. Once on the Fidelity site, click on the option titled 'Forgot username or password?'
  1. Follow the prompts to reset your password.

Alternatively, you can go to the Fidelity User Identity reset page and follow the identification verification prompts.

How do I change my email address?

Log in to your Fidelity portal, go to Profile, and click the 'Edit' button next to your email address. Follow prompts and save your new email address.
